Wemply is a working hours and absence management software that allows you to manage your work hours and absences/vacations through a convenient environment. You can use it on your phone either through a web browser or by downloading the app.
After your initial login, you will remain logged into Wemply. From then on, you can easily access Wemply from your phone's home screen with few taps to enter working hours or absences.
In short, three main modules are enough to do most actions in the Wemply app:
Timer
Working hours
Vacations and absences
Timer view
The first view opens the timer page. The timer page allows you to:
Add work time with the timer - Start Timer > Work > Fill out the work time form > Stop
Manually add work time via the Add button and fill out Start/End time
Edit recent work times through the Edit button
When in other menus, clicking on the Wemply logo always takes you back to the timer front page.
Work hours table
Tapping the Add button in the work hours table (or the Timer page) opens the work hours addition form.
In the form you can set the date of the work hours, start time, end time, the location (where work was done), and the type of work (what kind of work was performed).
If needed, a description of the work can also be added with any other additional notes.
After filling in all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) the Save button will be active, allowing you to save the work hours.
Adding absence or planned leave
Tapping the Add button in Vacations and Absences table the leave request form. You need to select the type of absence, the start and end dates and have the option to add a description or note.
After tapping Save the request will be saved and a notification will be sent to the direct supervisor for review.
