From now on, it is possible in Wemply to make an employee (in)active directly from the employee card by clicking the "Make inactive" button.
By clicking the button, a view opens showing the employee’s current status, which can be changed to Active, Disable login, or Inactive.
Disable login – Allows you to set a date until which the employee is permitted to log in to the Wemply system. This can be used in situations where an employee's contract ends, but administrative wrap-up is done at the end of the calendar month.
Inactive – The employee is marked as inactive. Previously, you had to manually remove the employee from groups, reporting lines, and/or objects, but now this can be done instantly here. By checking the box, the selected associations will be removed from the employee.
For an inactive employee, the button is labeled Make active, which also allows you to change their status. If needed, you can reassign groups, objects, etc., like it's done with the new employee.
