Setting up Work Start
Log into the device menu
First, access the main menu of the device.Open settings
Select "Personalize"
Then choose "Shortcut Key mappings"
Select function key
Choose the F2 key
Open "Functions"
Select "Punch state options"
Enter value
Enter Punch state value: 101
Note: value 101 indicates the start of working time
Set name
Under "Name", choose "User Defined" and you can assign a label (e.g., “Work Start”)
Press OK twice to confirm and save
Setting up Work End
Open the same settings menu
Go to "Personalize" → "Shortcut Key mappings"
Select function key
Use the F6
Open "Functions" → "Punch state options"
Enter value
Enter Punch state value: 201
Note: value 201 indicates the end of working time
Set name
Optionally assign a name (e.g., “Work End”)
Press OK twice to confirm and save
