Document Signing

All documents can now be sent for signing directly from within Wemply. Wemply sends an email to the selected signatories, allowing them to sign the document. Once all parties have signed, the signed document in .asice format will automatically be returned to Wemply.

Note: The document signing module must be activated under Settings β†’ Wemply Billing by ticking the checkbox Enable signing.
Each signature costs €0.25.

Example: Sending a previously generated employment contract for signing through Wemply

  1. Click the signing icon next to the document name.

  2. A new window will open where you can select the signatories.

  3. After selecting and saving, Wemply will send out emails requesting signatures.

  4. The icon will turn yellow, indicating that the emails have been sent but no signatures have been received yet.

Each signatory will receive an email with a link to sign the document digitally.

You can track in real time within Wemply who has already signed and who hasn't.

Once the document is signed by all parties, the signing icon disappears from Wemply, and the final signed document in .asice format appears.
