Before you begin filling out the work schedule, make sure you have set up the required shifts and schedule types based on your needs. While not strictly necessary to start using the schedule, we recommend reviewing them for smoother usage:

Creating a Timesheet
The Timeshee includes the following filters and options:
Period – Select the date range you want to create the schedule for
Objects – Choose the locations (optional)
Employees – Select specific employees or employee groups (if no selection is made, all employees will be shown)
After making your selections, click Show to display the schedule and begin editing.
Adding Data to the Timesheet
You can add working hours, shifts, and vacations/absences to the timesheet using several convenient methods:
1. Typing directly into a cell
Enter the number of hours, a shift code, or a leave/absence code directly into the cell.
If you enter hours, Wemply will assume the start time is based on the site or company’s default workday start time.
Example: Entering “8” will set an 8-hour shift starting from the default start time.
2. Dragging shifts or work hours
Click and drag shifts or work time entries into the schedule.
Example: Drag a morning shift onto the desired day for the selected employee.
3. Right-click menu
Right-click on a cell to access the shifts and leave/absence options for easier entry.
Example: Right-click a cell → Select "Add Shift" → Choose shift type.
4. Copy-paste or drag across cells
You can copy and paste shifts or drag them across multiple cells — just like in spreadsheet programs.
Example: Copy Monday’s shift and paste it across the rest of the week.
5. Adding comments
You can add comments to any schedule cell to note exceptions or special details.
Example: Right-click → “Add Comment” → Add note such as “Employee on training”
