What to do if an employee forgets their password?

The easiest option is to send them an email to reset their password. This ensures there are no issues with incorrect entries and maintains the user's privacy.

To do this, go to Settings > Notifications > Send Notification.
Select the employee who has forgotten their password as the recipient, and they will receive an email with a link to set a new password—just like during their first login.

NB! Make sure the employee's email is correctly entered in their account!

If the employee does not have access to their email, you can manually set a temporary password for them to log in.

  1. Open the employee’s profile page and click Change Password.

  2. Enter your own password for verification.

  3. Enter the employee’s new password twice to ensure it is correctly set.

  4. Click Save.

The employee can now use the new temporary password to log in.
